About Me

Greg Tvrdik has been in private practice since 2003. He graduated with his Master's of Science degree in Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1998. Prior to entering private practice Greg worked as a psychotherapist at Richard Young Center Hospital for a number of years.

As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, Greg's treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long-standing issues. With sensitivity and compassion, he helps individuals find resolution to a wide range of personal concerns and psychological issues.

With an integration of complimentary approaches, Greg draws from a variety of methodologies and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, he offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each of his client's individual needs to help them attain the personal growth they're striving for. Together with each client, Greg works to develop strengths and achieve life goals.

Greg works with individuals, couples and families. He provides an opportunity for his individual clients to express their thoughts, without being judged, and be heard as he works to help them attain their personal growth.
