$110 per 50-minute session
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Insurance
My services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am on the provider panels of many insurance companies, such as, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MHNet Behavioral, Aetna, Cigna, Midlands Choice, Medicaid and Magellan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Are there mental health benefits?
- Is there a deductible, if so, has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does the plan cover?
Payment
Cash and checks are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If possible, please call prior to session to cancel.
